TERMS & CONDITIONS
When booking with Musicinas4you you must provide complete and accurate information and, We ask that you provide us with a valid credit or debit card or PayPal account If your registration or payment information changes at any time, you must promptly update us.
We will only accept your Order when we send you an email that confirms this ("Confirmation Email"). Orders are not binding until Musicians4you issues the Confirmation Email.
At this point, a legally binding contract for the Services on the terms of this Agreement
will be in place between you and us.
We will send to you an invoice of the Booking Fee (1st payment) with the Booking Confirmation Email and you can make payments to us by credit /debit card, bank transfer.
We may need certain information from you that is necessary to enable us to provide the Services.
We will contact you in writing if we need more information. If you do not, after being asked by us, provide us with this information, or you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information, we will not be liable for any errors, delay or non-performance of the Services caused as a result.
If you wish to cancel the Engagement you must give us written notice.
If you cancel the Engagement once we have sent to you the Booking Confirmation Email
We will be entitled to charge you a cancellation fee unless you cancel due to a Force Majeure event
Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (£)(GBP).
If you have not paid, or have made no attempt to pay the Booking Fee within 14 days of us
sending to you the Booking Confirmation Email, you will be deemed to have cancelled the Engagement
and we will be entitled to charge you a cancellation charge.
